  •  Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (“MLDL”) is developing a residential project named “Mahindra IvyLush Tower C and Tower D”, forming part of the Sector R14 of the integrated township and situated on land bearing Gat No. 1255 Hissa No. 73, Gat No. 1276 Hissa No.1A/2 and Gat No. 1276 Hissa No. 34 at Wagholi, , Haveli, Pune, 412 207 bearing respective RERA No. P52100078592 dated 27/12/2024 valid up to 31/08/2030 and available on http://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in (“Projects”). MLDL is inviting offers/applications for booking of apartment/s through Early Booking Window (“EBW”) in the said Projects.

  •  You can select your preference for an apartment in any of the Projects by submitting the preference form (EBW Application Form”). By submitting the EBW Application Form and making a payment of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) as EBW Token Amount (“EBW Token Amount”) to MLDL, your unique EBW number shall be generated (“Unique Number”). The Unique Number will be generated only on realization of the EBW Token Amount by MLDL.

  •   You will receive additional discount at the time of allotment of apartment if you book the apartment within 5 (five) days from the EBW opening date (“Early Booking Period”).

  •   The EBW Token Amount is fully refundable in case you are not able to complete the application process to book an apartment of your choice in any of the Projects during the booking period starting from 31st January 2025 to 28th February 2025 (“Early Booking Period”).  The EBW Token Amount shall be refunded to you by 31st March 2025 without any interest.

  •  An incomplete EBW Application Form may be rejected. Some of the illustrations of an incomplete EBW Application Form are as follows: (i) the cheque/ demand draft/ banker’s cheque issued by the Applicant is dishonoured or returned unpaid for any reason whatsoever, or (ii) the EBW Token Amount/ Booking Amount through RTGS/ NEFT is not realized by MLDL, or (iii) Payments towards EBW Token Amount or Booking Amount(s) are made from the account of a third party.
